MotoCross Mecca is an editorial and data home for international motocross. The site covers the full breadth of the sport, from MXGP and MX2 through AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross, WMX, EMX, the Motocross of Nations, and the regional series that feed into them.
The site combines an open results archive that goes back decades with original editorial work: season reviews, race weekend recaps, hall-of-fame entries, head-to-head rider comparisons, and analytical features that pull on the underlying data.
Who runs it
MotoCross Mecca is operated by Burfield Digital Limited, a UK-registered company based in Bath. The editorial direction comes from James Burfield, who previously owned and ran MX Vice and has covered the sport from inside the paddock for over a decade.

Editorial approach
The data on MotoCross Mecca comes from a combination of official results, established public sources, and our own collation work. Where we attribute or quote, we do so directly. Where we run editorial commentary, it is signed and reflects the writer’s own view rather than that of any team, sanctioning body, or manufacturer.
We launched in 2026 and we are building this with motocross fans in mind first.
